We carry a great variety of new model Cars, SUVs, Trucks, Electric and Vans. Rates are competitive starting at just $729* per month and maintenance is included. Best of all, you can rent for two months or longer with no Long-Term commitment.

How does it work?
It’s simple. Just contact our dedicated Account Manager who will be your central point of contact from start to finish. The Account Manager will answer any questions, start the qualification process, set up the rental and get you on your way.
How long can I rent?
There is a minimum rental period of two months, but keep it up to 11 months. You can renew for multiple terms if you need to.
What kind of vehicle will I get?
The choice is yours. You can choose from a variety of new vehicle models under the Long-Term Rental program. We may ask to swap out your vehicle during your contract term but we will ensure it is an easy process.
Are there mileage limits?
Yes. All monthly rates include 3000 miles per month and miles are accumulative. Mileage overages are billed at $0.30 per mile.
What payment is accepted?
We accept credit cards.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, you may add a spouse or employee from the same company at time of rental.
What is the age minimum to participate in the program?
You must be at least 21 of age or older to participate in the program.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required. You can use your existing auto policy and list Budget as an additional insured and lost payee. We will provide the VIN of the vehicle you will be renting which also will need to be listed on the policy. The Account Manager will review all details of requirements. If you need to purchase a policy, we can assist you with a referral to an agent.
How do I get my vehicle?
You can pick your vehicle up at several convenient locations throughout Birmingham. If we need to swap a vehicle at the end of the rental term, you can do so at any of these same locations.
What happens at the end of each month?
All you will do is email your Account Manager a picture of the odometer each month so that we can keep track of your miles. We’ll run the next month’s rental fee on your credit or debit card on file.
