TO MODIFY A RESERVATION:

You can retrieve and cancel your existing reservation, as long as you have the renter’s last name and confirmation number, and re-book the reservation with the desired modifications.

OR

You can call the call center at 205-322-3596, between 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday, with the details of your reservation, and the desired modifications.

*The confirmation number is provided to you at the completion of your reservation and in your confirmation e-mail.  If you don’t have your confirmation number, simply call 205-322-3596, between 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday, and give the sales representative the details of your reservation and they will be happy to assist you.
