Terms and Conditions: Customers who book reservations through www.budgetbhm.com or the local Birmingham office and rent 5 times within a year will receive an award certificate for 10 to 12% of the time and mileage they have accrued.
Rentals with reservations made through www.budgetbhm.com will receive 12% of the total time and mileage minus discounts. Rentals with reservations made through the local Birmingham office or walk-in rentals will receive 10% of the total time and mileage minus discounts. Rentals must begin on or after January 1, 2010. Keep track of your rentals on the Cruisin’ for Cash card available at Budget Car and Truck Rental of Birminham locations. In order to obtain your certificate, you must have all 5 contracts listed with the rental agent’s initials and a copy of the contract. Qualifying rentals must be rented within the same year. Qualifying rentals must take place at 1 of our 4 Birmingham area locations. Award certificates will be issued within two (2) weeks of the date we receive your request.  Award certificates may be applied to the time and mileage of any contract at 1 of our 4 Birmingham area locations. Rewards program is valid for local Alabama residence customers only. Award certificates may not be used for taxes, fees, gas or optional coverage’s. No credit will be given for any remaining balances on an award certificate.  Rental must be paid for in cash or on a credit or check card.  All 5-rental agreements must be in the same renter’s name. Rental agreements can only be used once to obtain an award certificate. Rental’s including a Cruisin’ for Cash certificate will not count towards your next 5 contracts. All award certificates will be valid for one year from the issue date. Budget cannot be responsible for lost, illegible or misdirected mail or for lost award certificates. You may bring your completed card or mail copies of your 5 completed rental agreements and completed Cruisin’ for Cash card to:
